I prep my lunches for the week, had some thighs to use up and just wanted to smoke something! Royal oak lump, apple wood (what I had left!) Smoking between 240 and 280. Just put it in! Here's some so far pics!

Oh yea, my fancy app! Man, I can't stop looking at temps, every smoke so far I just stare at my phone the whole time haha! I love it though...

Oh man, had some troubles with the temp! But I was determined haha! Came out absolutely perfect! I think every time I smoke something I say, this is the best I've ever had!
