Looks good! What wood u burning? I was talking to butcher today and he had beef ribs like that. He said they came middle middle section of ribs. The ones I tried other day came from top I think and got all the ribiey scraped off lol. He wanted 6.99$ tho a pound and that's A lot. What did u pay and where did u get them?

I used red maple splits and lump charcoal for fuel.
I paid $4.50/lb at BJs Wholesale Club.
