For Friday supper i made on my GMG beef ribs and lamb shanks .
i put the ribs and the shanks in a dry spices mix for 48 hours.
the shanks i put in a container with veggies and chicken stock and cover it .
put  in the smoker at 220 for 3 hours , pump up the temp to 380 for one hour without the cover on the lamb shanks .
