I am outta hocks too I think, but still have a few cured smoked trotters. Going in with the big guns tomorrow. Pork crown rib, sweet taters, blackeye'd susies, cabbage and corn bread. 

BTW the cabage and peas are cooking now for a heat up tomorrow. I just realized gonna doe crown rib in MES40, I have not replaced the element in the MES30 yet....Grrrr....

BUT I get to try out that new warped tube pellet holder.

I got 6 hours of full clean smoke. Sure seems to use the pellets though. It may be I am mistaken. Gonna have to do more to check.

I like it. Burned complete also but I modified it. Mine hangs from the grate.

Your tube is swinging?  That will make your smoke dizzy.

Sorry man, I know.......... 

My computer is gasping on its last breath, I can take pictures but it will not upload them. All App's are completely hosed. So Probably next week its time for an expert, who will in my humble guesstimation wipe and format and reinstall. What I have found though is when I pay for an expert they talk a good game and they know less than me about the problem.

BUTT! It doesn't mean I am not still eating too much....LOL
