Looks really good! So how were they for your first time? You know it just gets better from here!!!
Had more pull than what I am used to from my oven recipe, which is fall off bone and sauce under broiler, but the flavor was all there and more. Didn't use any sauce at all on mine, wife used a little.
Sweet, I just did my first baby back ribs while listening to the Bengals beat the Patriots! Used Jeff's rub and had his BBQ sauce on the side. Smoked for 6 hours and they were excellent.
:yahoo: Our maintenance guy at work is from baahston. So I gave him down the road!!!! Can't give much heck bout redsox this year tho.
