Second try at BB Fired up the WSM 18.5 used Embers Charcoal with Apple & Cherry

3 racks so I trimmed and used a stand


Seasoned with Jeffs rub


Did the 2 hrs smoke 2.5 Foiled


Served with Mashed Taters and Corn on the cob


Clean plate

We never did baby backs till a few weeks ago,never did Stl. so when I finish the BBs she will get them LOL Thanks for the point I appreciate it

St. Louis style are my favorite but I like to cut my own from full spares. I don't like the pre cut ones cause they always seem to cut the bones in half and leave the knuckle. So I like to trim the tips off myself and smoke them separately. Then you can pull them get all the nasty cartilage out and have some tasty pork sammiches the next day.
