Finally went to the store today and saw some meat that wasn't an insane price as they had some hormel spare ribs on sale. Not a real "sale" for pre-covid but given how expensive everything has been I can live with finding racks for around $10 a piece. Anyway i bought 4 and threw them in the freezer, but the only ribs i've cooked to this point has been Aldi and it seems like most people are posting costco or sams, so how are Hormel? I saw they're pre-injected so I'm not sure what to expect.
