Anybody see the Tony Bordain show where the butcher was stuffing sausage with his bare hands?

Not sure I could handle the blood soup but how do you know you won't like until you try it?

Made from the sausage poaching liquid & fresh blood, it doesn't come any 'fresher' than what was depicted in the show. I'm a pretty adventurous guy when it comes to trying new or unique foods, but I've a bad experience (severe cramping & the trotskies for several days 

 ) eating blood soup in the past. More power to those who enjoy it—but I'll pass.

That sausage stuffing by hand was amazing. That's quite the old world skill there. That dude was a master.

Some of the old order Amish around here still stuff by hand.

My local butcher stuffs by hand.  He says he gets a better stuff that way.  He runs out of his fresh sausage every week (I assume because he does it by hand) so it is annoying yet so darn tasty!
