Another Prime Rib

4 Bone rib came with the bone cut off then tied back on. This was a first for me.

Simple salt & pepper sitting on some Carrot, Celery & Onion

Cooked low an slow using my Inkbird for temp

Pulled it @ 138°F carry over took it to 142°F

Plated up with Dbl. Baked Tatter and Broccoli

Cheese Cake for desert

Fine looking stuff right there Richie!! I love the fact that the cheesecake wasn't marred with a bunch of stuff on top. I'm a bit of a purist where cheesecake is concerned and you served that exactly the way I like it. The rest of the meal looks darned good too though.
