Air Cooked Pepperoni

Did some pepperoni slices in the air cooker, blotted the grease off and sprinkled with parmesan, romano and asiago cheese.

I'd never heard of an air cooker before now, but after looking it up, it seems like a great device.

We have an air cooker, and it's amazing for many things. We've done everything from frozen fries to hot wings. No oil, no mess and things brown like they're fried. Sometimes new tech is good...[emoji]128521[/emoji]

They look just like when I put them on paper towels & nuke them. All the Grease is gone & you have a crispy Pepperoni chip.
