Smoked Juicy Lucy stuffed with Velveeta and seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning with Parmesan Garlic Coleslaw, bacon and a drizzle of Queso and a side of waffle fries also with a drizzle of Queso and seasoned with Kinders Parmesan Garlic.

Started with 80/20 ground beef, seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning and stuffed with a healthy chunk of Velveeta. Smoked @275F for 60 minutes.

Coleslaw was mixed with BWW Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce. Bacon cooked in oven. Waffle fries made in air fryer and seasoned with Kinders Parmesan Garlic Seasoning. Queso was store bought and heated up to drizzle over all the things.

Thanks @pc farmer ; IApparently is originated in Minnesota.
Yes, indeed! One of those local things where there’s a battle of who invented it - Matts bar or the 5-8 club and whos’ is the best - I really love em at The Nook in St. Paul. You can get creative withe the cheese just make sure it’s something that melts fairly easy.

I use Velveeta so it doesn't all melt out

I smoke them 275 for about an hour. Seems to work quite well for me.
