Made some ABT's for A little New Year's gathering.  Mixed some ground pork sausage, cream cheese, Italian bread crumbs, and onions, and stuffed it all in some jalapeno boats and mushroom caps.  I smoked them in the Weber for about an hour and a half with hickory.

A little bacon on the top, and we had some nice treats to go with the chips & dip, etc.

Hope y'all had a great and safe New Year!

Cheers!

Looks delicious!!!

Did you do anything to the mushroom caps before filling and smoking?

Great smoke as usual James - Happy New Year

Yep, I always stab the top of the cap with a knife tip a couple of times so the liquid can drain out.  Otherwise they get really soggy.

thanks, Scar!  Happy New year to you too!
