What a great post!!!!!   Have been wanting to learn how to make sausages!!!   Thank you for sharing your recipes and techniques.  But you're torturing me here I am dieting, have been for two weeks .   HUNGRY!!!!  MUST BE STRONG!  MUST BE STRONG !   Will make sausages in 3 weeks!   Then will have to diet again.  LOL!!!!!

Thanks .this is the reason i do my sausages  i know what i put in. not all the leftovers the fat and chemicals on the commercial ones.

Yes it is cold and rainy here and we Had 2 days holiday in south Africa  just before the weekend so i Had time on my hands
