Homemade rub.

6 hours later with a little Sweet Baby Rays Honey Chipolet

All done with corn on the cob.

Because its Wednesday and I am off work today it is officially rib and Yuengling beer day. Rubbed up some St Louis style ribs with my homemade rub and went the 3-2-1 route. Picked up some nice ears of corn on the cob covered in Parkay rapped in foil and on the MES 40 for the last 2 hours. Went wet this time last hour brushed with Sweet Baby Rays Honey Chipolet barbecue sauce. Ribs were nice and meaty with a good bite and very tender.

Happy smoking.

Ted

Looks good! Try smoking the corn with the husk on and let me know how it turns out!

Will do b-one corn in the husk is starting to show up in the market again can't wait to get some. I like to pull back the husk and brush it with some melted butter mixed with a little cinnamon and sugar then pull the husks back up tie the end and smoke it's like candy on the cob.

I'll take some of each please! I cherish and pretty much only drink yuengling when it's available to me! Last trip south the first stop off the plane was one!

That looks really good, nothing like smoking meat and beer [emoji]127866[/emoji] I'm drinking coffee with my smoke, but I'm definitely switching to beer in a couple hours!

That looks great , Ted . I'd be proud of that and would probably Growl at anyone coming around as I eat .

The corn in the Husk is great . I added me Mayo. to the Con before re-wrapping the husk back on  one of my cooks  ( a Mexican street vendor trick. ) It turned out amazing and now

it's my go- to Corn cook now.
