did a job outta town,came back with pork belly,froze the bigger 1/2 and gonna do the other a few dif. ways.going into cure today,will q-view as it goes.trimmed fat cap off so tomarrow gonna be a cracklin day outside,going after those (guy) Points- being cajun Allie loves her cracklins
