I smoked 12 racks of ribs Sunday for a client. Well, 10 for a client but we kept two for dinner and leftovers. Been wanting to do my own version of Zea’s Thai Chili ribs, so I did just that.

Got one pic of the ribs on the smoker. Weather was awful I was under a 10x10 tent all day.

Ok so the Thai ribs are simple, glaze with the Zea brand Thai chili sauce as the ribs are nearing completion. Toast some sesame seeds, and chop green onion, cilantro and basil. Top ribs w sesame and herbs as they cool.

Holy crap that looks amazing! My family would love this. Never heard of it. Thanks for posting will have to look into it and give it a shot!
you have to try it!

Nice work there !
thanks chop!

They look great! I have always liked this type of flavor. I would think this could be applied to a big mess of wings as well.
I bought wings thinking the exact same thing. Going to try it later this week.

Looks fantastic! How long did you cook them with the sauce? Just enough to set it or longer for caramelizing? Did you lose any of the heat or sweet? Main I gotta start cooking!

Fine looking work you're putting in on that pit.
Worth every penny I bet from the looks of what's been coming out of it.

Those ribs look great and the recipe is very intriguing.
I will definitely be stealing that to try for myself, thank you.

I did one glaze for about 15 minutes, and it carmelized some on the edges; then I did a final glaze as I was picking up, and left it in just long enough to set.

We ate them for leftovers tonight. I took a pic of the bottle for anyone interested. You owe it to yourself to give these a try.

Where are you buying this at? Do your local grocery stores cary it or is it something your ordering?
I bought it at the local Winn Dixie. It wasn’t cheap either, $7.99 maybe? Do they not offer it on the web site? I’ve not looked.

I did find some online. Was just curious if anyone carried it in store. I'll have to check around. We dont have any winn Dixies up here.

It is a local chain, I believe. So you may not find it in local groceries. Just know it’s pricy here too, so whatever you pay is probably fair.
