How even though maybe the same question have been asked or answered a million times, there is always somebody that will step up to help out somebody here.
Not necessarily the sharing of all the great cooking ,or recipes, photos, etc. which to me just add frosting on the cake which add to the education of all.
That's what makes this site great!

Despite the occasional ruffling of the feathers this site is very well behaved and active. There are allot of good people, recipes and knowledge here that is shared freely. I've been here for a while and I'm still learning new things.

I'd been cooking and grillin' for decades, but still learned SO MUCH as a result of SMF when I moved into smoking. Just proves how wrong folks can be about old dogs and new tricks.
