This has turned into one of our favorites, this is the third time I've made it. It's brining now.

It's delicious. I've upped both the saffron content and the number of peppercorns over the last batch.

Just weighed it, 3.6 pounds after brining. I plan on aging for 5-6 months.

Nice, this amazes me, I know I don't have the patience to do it myself but sure glad people do because I like eating it!
