Work related breakfast of champions...

Years ago I refused to survive on sandwiches alone at work.. I truly believe that work related problems should not be brought home but no one ever said that part of the home kitchen should not be brought to work.. otherwise I would hate my job... so here it is: work related breakfast of champions..
one sausage
bacon mix with 4 eggs
stuffed olives
pineapple, pear, cherry mix..
skipped fries. . potato slowe me down.. lol

I know, who mix fruit with eggs, sausages and bacon?.. what can I say... I admit, I am a pig.... lol

as far as I'm concerned all of this is low calories .. potato is killer, that's why I skipped....lol

did I mention that eggs were fried in pork lard.. .everything is organic except eggs... If I've had chickens of my own I would squeeze and choke them to get eggs but I dont... lol.

I try to eat two servings of fruit every morning. So mixing it up on a plate of breakfast vittles doesn't phase me at all. I do hope you toasted the english muffins.

yup.. english muffins toasted.....for some reason I feel mellow.. must be because lack of potato.. feel like walking through the water....oh well, I am not in hurry anyway... lol

yes sir. . steelworker here.. most of my life spent in steel mills...wouldn't survive a day in cookie factory....

Sure you would! Power is power, just the machines are different.
Oh and you have to be careful what you say around cookies, they blush.
I was always heavy industry. Utilities and Mining/Milling.
Good line of work for a Profession.

Farm hand here. I do a lot of manifold meat for a hot meal.
The 2 sides of St Louis ribs in my profile pic, were from last fall. Cut into 1-3 rib portions, foil wrapped and reheated on various tractor heat sources.
Sugar beet harvest is a 24/7 operation. Nice to have some hot ribs at o'dark thirty
