I was very surprised to say the least about the OTBS honors, so figured I better have an appropriate supper. Haven't posted a cook in a while and I had to try this Frank's Red Hot Nashville Hot wing sauce that caught my eye in the store a while ago.
Cowboy briquettes and some cherry chunks on the kettle.
I run it hot... vents wide open for maybe 25 minutes.. Took them off and sauced, then back on for a few to set.
Good buffalo wing flavor with a Nashville hot kick. Not as spicy as I think it should be, but not too shabby in the flavor department.
Plate shot with some cheesy cauliflower, slaw and blue cheese on the side.
Thanks for looking!
