Will have to make a list of things to try with chicken.
Put dry brine on there . Couple days in the fridge at 36 / 38 degrees , then cooked indirect . Makes great chicken . Franks has some good shaker style seasoning . They're good .
 
My buddy does them with a bbq rub then wrapped in bacon. They are astounding.
 
I wrap in bacon when I do stuffed thighs.
