Another 12 - 18" for Tues/ Wed along with heavy winds. Eastern 2/3 of the state will get shut down again. Gonna be some wet heavy crap to deal with. Feel for the farmers, gonna be long time before able to do any field work. Got a rancher friend that just finished up calving thank god.

I'll be mowing grass in the next couple days. Lots of farmers have had crops in the ground for a couple weeks now. One tomato field I drove by yesterday is ready to add the first string I'm sure there are others at that stage too. Other farmers are finishing the prep work to plant most will probably plant this week

SmokinEdge That is one thing I'm envious of you western guys for. Y'all have got some of the most gorgeous scenery. Loved that area when I was travel nursing out that way.

Was up in the Palatka St Augustine area a month ago and they were harvesting spuds.
Area stores are selling fresh local reds.

And go figure, I wake up to snow here this morning! No bean planting for me today, probably not for another 6 weeks, if I'm lucky. There sure were some beautiful pictures from around the country, though....
