Last fall I got lucky and killed a couple turkeys…..these drumsticks are all I had left, so with the fall hunting seasons approaching decided to cook them up. Started with a brine overnight

Gave them a little smoke next

Then in the crock w chicken stock till tender

Picked the meat off the bones…oh ya grilled a chunk of deer loin too…

Loaded up a soft shell w turkey meat etc

And finally served w sour cream

Turkey legs are a lot of work really but they are delicious! Thanks for looking
