Looks excellent! I want to know how that maple syrup works out. A couple friends of mine tapped maple trees and made syrup over in the lowlands this winter. They are supposed to send me some.

of course I had to fry some samples up....my favorite is a toasted, homemade raspberry jam, sharp cheese, back bacon sandwich!!!
