I need to smoke something so why not some ribs and cheese brats! The WSM is going with mesquite and cherry. I also wanted to make some monkey ballz, thx smoking monkey!

Monkey Balls

 

 , sounds terrible , but ABT's do too...

Got a recipe for the "Balls"

 They look great , I want to do some . . . Bacon is such a nice addition to anything...

Smoking monkey named them. It's a mushroom cap stuffed with cheese then topped with sausage that's wrapped around cheese and then wrapped with bacon! I only stuffed the shrooms and I added some homemade Memphis dry rub they turned out nice! Hopefully a shot of the finished ribs soon!
