Thanks. I tried it at 145 for about 24 hours. It was still a bit tough. If I had the right schedule, I probably would have gone 48 hours. I've never cooked corned brisket before, so I was just guessing. Figured a sous vide cook wouldn't suck!What temp did you use on the SV? I've never tried corned beef in the SV. Looks amazing
