My take on a Reuben sandwich but with sourdough

Just got done turning a couple corned beef into pastrami over the weekend. Made a couple pastrami and Swiss sandwiches but here’s my take on a Reuben don’t like Rye bread so toasted sourdough with thousand island heated pastrami & Swiss added sauerkraut but I forgot the pickles.
