Hey guys! Thanks for letting me join in on your convos. I'm up in northern Indiana. I've got a Pro Light charcoal grill that I use, no smoker. But I can lower or raise the coal box on it, and it seems to do a decent smoke job with some indirect heat. Anyways just on here to learn how to make some tastier food.
