THAT'S IT!!!  Cracked up laughing when I opened the gift because my wife and I have a tradition of getting each other tools for Christmas.  She won hands down.  It's going to be put to good use!

Kids and Grand kids are the ones that got most of the gifts. Wife got me a kabob rack for the grill, too big for the smoker or I'd use it there. I got my wife a GOOD set of knives for the Kitchen, I was tired of the el cheapo ones we had. Truth be told I'll use them more then she will.....so I guess they was more for me.....LOL

My wife surprised me with a new Smoke Hollow 44" lp smoker. Sold my Bradley and looking forward to getting this one dialed in! Anyone else who uses one post some tips! I'll post some pics of my first smokes when they are done.

Been going back to this post for a couple of days.  Can't get my head around it.  Don't do Christmas??  Thats up to you guys.  But this "season" is simply about love.  Buy your wife something and just lable it LOVE YOU  Sorry for intruding, just me saying.

I got a Traeger Junior from my in-laws with 2 bags of pellets. They also got me the Kitchenaid pasta rollers that have been on my list for years.

My wife got me tickets to see Book of Mormon in February, and I can't wait for that!

Our kids & grandkids showed up last Sunday so we had Christmas a few days late but definitely worth the wait. About two days before Christmas I was surfing Amazon and showed my wife an Ivation dual probe thermometer. I said that that would be a great birthday present in April. She agreed with me----and giggled when I opened it for Christmas. She had been watching me mutter when I was BBQing the turkey that day and swearing at my thermometer. Turkey turned out great by the way.  I also got a book on sauces, rubs and marinades. Could be a good year, might need new clothes but a good year.

I must have been a good boy. My family got me a Vision Grill Ceramic Kamado grill with accessories. I'm not sure if they got it because they like my cooking or because smoking and grilling keeps me on the deck, out of their hair

I don't care what the reason was. I've used it every night except two since Christmas.

My 35 year old edition of Rytek Kutas , "Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing" has a new neighbor in the book case.....

Marianski has some really good stuff in his book also.... I think the 2 books compliment each other..
