Good weekend! thanks to all for the support and assistance along the journey - this weekend and from the beginning!

Everything looks wonderful sandyut, especially the prime rib and ribs!! Wow!
I don't know much about jerky but that's a lot of it LOL!
Sorry to hear about the hours and wage cut. Best wishes and hopefully there are some leftovers....

thanks for all the compliments. I owe much of my skills to the SMF community.

best wishes to all - stay safe.

All looks great! I think that might be the finest example of rib roast I've seen posted here. EXACTLY how I want mine to look. That said, I have to ask. The brisket burgers... Mind blown/game changer/no big deal?

To be honest - they were good. Could I tell the difference between these and home ground chuck...maybe... for the effort - I am going to stick with grinding chuck roasts. WAY easier on the prep. Both taste great, but the difference in taste is negotiable IMO.

Wow, you were quite the busy fellow this weekend Sandy! Everything you cooked looks absolutely scrumptious, big Like! RAY

I feel lucky to still have a job and benefits. I think we will pull through, but we are not expecting much. this whole sitch is a disastrous mess. Just need to focus on priorities. ;)
