It's official. I love my Rec Tec! Meatloaf based on TNJAKE TNJAKE recipe.

Bloody Mary and Teriyaki snack sticks. I think I glad I stopped at 2 Tbsp for 1 lb.

Some good looking cooks! What did you think about the snack stick?

Wow!!--A bunch of good looking Vittles right there!!
Those Sticks remind me of my Unstuffed Beef Sticks.
They get tasting more smoky that way!!
Nice Job, Brian!!

The Bloody Mary a little bit salty but like the flavor. Will use a bit less next time. The Teriyaki was just right. I really like that Butter Garlic seasoning. Put it on my squash, onion, jalapeno, garlic chili paste and cilantro mix tonight.

Thanks everyone. I really had a hard time buying this smoker but it is a game changer for me. Don't think twice about week day cooks now. Can't believe the temperature control. Stays with in one or two degree's!

That’s a fine looking spread! Can’t beat a smoked meatloaf, bout the only way I eat em anymore.
