Money shots will have to wait until later, darn work getting in the way!
I hate it when that happens.

Nice summer sausage Case. That is a cool iGrill app you've got.

:Looks-Great:

Thank you!

I've been an iGrill user since the first one came out. The iGrill2 is a huge improvement. Spot on accurate and the app is very easy to use. My only complaint is it's not wifi.

Case... That boy of yours is awesome. GREAT photos.  I remember way back when... Oh never mind.  I'll be teaching my grand kids soon.

Points to you brother

Thanks Brian! He digs the kitchen, even when it's outdoors! The grinder right now is his favorite tool we have! If he sees it out he puts on gloves and stands at the ready!

Well it's all packed up. Tapatalk isn't working so photos are going to have to wait. I sample a piece or six and it's tasty! Tad bit salty, but not anything a beer won't cure.

I quit using Tapatalk long ago. I use the mobile version of the site on my mobile devices

Uploading pictures with tapatalk is easier and they come in BIG! That's why I use it. The mobile version of SMF doesn't let you size the photos so they come in small! I want QVIEW! Not qview!

As Promised the cut shots. We decided to cut the chubs into quarters this time. Probably will start doing this from now on.

The Vacmaster 380 is large enough that you can process two 8" bags at time. Wow that cuts the time down!

ENJOY!!!!

WOW Dirtsailor, those look absolutely delicious.      I sure like the color on them.

Thank you. Tasty stuff, a bit salty, however, not due to the recipe posted. More due to the beverages being consumed. I added a bit more than called for as I had an additional 5 pounds of meat in my head! Anyways. It's still good, just not as good as we normally make, and in the only one that thinks there's too much salt!
