Did you marinade or season?

Yes I marinaded it for about 5 hrs in some Montreal steak marinade. Then wrapped it up in Bacon, rubbed it wit a little garlic and put it in. Using mesquite wood. We will see! Also put some apple cider in the water pan.

Is it a  pork loin wrapped with venison bacon?  Venison loin wrapped with pig bacon?  It looks good to me!
