Love pickled eggs. Especially good when done in brine left after eating a jar of pickled beets!
Sam, your jar of hot dogs reminds me of pickled Rocky Mountain Oysters that one used to find in cattle country...
I also pickle sausage and hot dogs.

You try 555 IP? Eggs basically peel themselves. The 555 method has produced the most perfect HB eggs I ever had. Makes it worth buying an IP for that ALONE. I have also used the IP (pressure cook) to make the brine. It brings out a lot more flavor from the spices but yeah you lose the aromatics.I love pickled eggs of all kinds. I need to make another batch of the Amish Mustard eggs I learned on here. I'd probably make then far more often but I'd close to rather poke sticks in my eye vs peel eggs lol. I've tried every "easy" method out there and I just suck at it.
I think I have but I'll give it a try. I think I bought an egg thing for it if I can find itYou try 555 IP? Eggs basically peel themselves. Inspired by this thread I raided a jar. Brine was 50/50 Franks/white vinegar. When I tasted the brine, you could not even tell I cut it with vinegar. Oh man these turned out FANTASTIC! Easily my best and OMG so easy.
