They tasted great...looked great too. Not salty at all and I couldn't pick up the hammy-ness, although the dark meat was slightly pink (in a good way)... but my ham sensing ability may be over taxed, so I'll defer to the experts at work for the final judgement.

Super moist, wish I could have served it up tonight. I packaged it up in 4 half hotel pans covered in cling wrap topped with foil. We'll reheat (:() with some chicken stock on Wednesday for lunch!

One nice thing about the SI#3's shelves, they do double duty as pans too:
