Going to have to try that recipe, thanks for sharing! Also need to try SmokinEdge SmokinEdge Cumberland sausage as I’ve heard nothing but good reviews… I think life is slowing down just a bit now… just have to finish hunting!

As for sausage, andouille is first up. I've been threatening to make some for several months. Need some more Cumberland, too.

Got 2 bellies in the fridge curing now and will be ready to smoke later next week. Wednesday will be 14 days. Figured I'd get the andouille ready for the smoker at the same time.

Also got a construction project going on, as well. More on that when it's completed...
