So I have been so busy that I have not been able to smoke anything in a long time....Well today is the day.....a local store had turkey breast on sale for $1.00 a pound. I kinda of got a little carried away with it, but it WILL NOT go to waste..... Here they are..... cured for 4 days in Pops wet cure... And now into the smoker......I will keep you posted with turkey view!!!!!!

Holy Moly!  A $1 a pound!  48 lbs!  You and I must be twins because I would have done EXACTLY the same thing and bought everything they had.  Looking forward to more pics.

Here is a picture after they started to picked up a little color...I'm using hickory for wood......2hrs @ 150-200 degrees so far......Be back soon!!!! SB

Welcome back Shoneyboy! That's a hell of a deal on turkey. I'd likely stock up myself. Looks really good from where I sit, and having used Pop's brine on turkey myself, I know it's gonna taste incredible!

Lookin good Shoneyboy!  That's definitely a smoker full of bird!
