Every time I look at the clock and its 12:43, I think about my old Columbia 8.3 with the gas powered auxiliary. Anybody know why?

It's the engine, the Universal Atomic Four. Stamped on the flywheel cover was the firing order--1-2-4-3. Since most engine compartments open from the front, that was the first thing I'd see every time I serviced one. Spent a lot of years working on them, and owned several boats that had them. That number is burned into my brain lol. The last one in the Columbia was the most cantankerous, and oddly the one of which I have the fondest memories.
