Had lots of free time today and had some beef ribs we picked to smoke up while resting in the RV park.....

Dusted up the ribs with simple SPOG

Since we are staying in the RV park threat 1 is the ribs in the baby pellet @ 275.....

Sliced up some baby spuds and peeled some baby onions!

they went in a 10” CI dutch with SPOG and some classic olive and butter with a splash of water to steam them for a bit before the sear

put the dutch on the camp chef on mid heat and heated up the griddle in prep for threat #3.......

Once the spuds were just right I took the lid off to put a little sear on them and then put the shrooms and onion on the flat top in classic olive and butter with SPOG.

Thanks Al, and yes it was a nice afternoon just enjoying a little rest up from the moving out!
Great looking feed there guy. Camping makes for some great R&R and time to do some great cooks as this is.

Warren
Thanks Warren! Yes its been a while since we have had a "free" day were on could just sit and watch TBS!
Wow...fantastic looking meal. Great job!!

Robert
Thanks Robert! The hot summer day was probably more like a winter day for you....LOL

Thanks JL! I can say Myrtle Beach would have been real "difficult" to deal with for sure! The longest we have RV'd it was 5 months in North Dakota...That was about LONG enough with the kids and dog in the small space!
Nice job Civil, fine looking meal!

And nice idea with multiple devices.

LIKE!

How long you gotta wait to move into the new digs!

John
Thanks John! I can say having more tools to cook with made it easier than not.....could time things to be done at the same time.

We get to move into the new digs on Friday!!!
That looks fantastic!
Thanks Texomakid! Much appreciated

Sowsage, thanks and those onions are just unbelievable. Over the 4th of July was the first time I've seen them but they will be a regular thing. The taste like a cross between garlic and sweet onion!

great looking meal there civil, I could've definitely pounded a plate of that down, the scenery ain't to bad either.

Thanks smokerjim! I can say there wasn't much conversation at dinner.....pretty much just munching sounds only!
