So…. I left work early today because the geniuses working 20’ outside my window hit a gasline and we had to evacuate! Well this gave me the opportunity to make a nice sammie from some leftover tri-tip that I cooked like a brisket this past Sunday.

Gently heated thin slices in some simmering beer, then onto a toasted buttered roll. Some munster cheese and horsey sauce to finish it off. Had some nice pickles from the local farmers market too. If it was’t for the threat of imminent explosion I’d do this everyday!
