Was digging around in the freezer and came across a prime tri-tip I forgot about. Seasoned with Montreal Steak and smoked to 125F. Then raised the charcoal basket to sear. Tender, juicy and delicious. Thanks for looking.

Gotta love Tri-Tip! I cook it on my Weber char-coal , First over the coals to seal then off to the side to slow cook. Nice and tender and smokey flavor!!
 
Thqt looks delicious! I could go for a plate of that!
