glad they're trying to help you now. wonder if they were reading your post on here. hope you don't have no more issues except in deciding what you want to smoke.

Well, that's refreshing! Traeger may never see the market share they had but, excellent Customer service is a good starting point. Service and keep their smokers and electronics state of the Art...JJ

I think you have to give them the benefit if the doubt and are just trying to do the right thing. I hope they get the unit working.

Thanks!

Truth, Chef! I hope to get to try it out soon!

That's great news.

It sure is. Better news would be getting my brand new smoker working.

Bro, I'm sorry, but I cannot share the same enthusiasm others have provided you. If I spent the money you did on a product that did not work from the get go, I would have dumped it off in front of the dealer's door.

We end up paying so much more than folks in the USA, but get nothing more for it in return. Just like others - we will send you a part so you can do your own repairs.

Something with this process is flawed.

I agree there has been a change in service levels over time. I place a lot of blame on Governments that let businesses set rules of purchase that protect the manufacturer to an unreasonable level.
