    a small chuckie. Going to go into foil with some Apple Juice. Rubbed with a tweaked version of Jeffs rub, Mesquite chunk charcoal with an apple chunk or 3...

    Let us know how it turned out.  I've never used apple juice with a chuckie.  I've used beef broth, red wine, tomato juice/tomatoes, cola, Guinness/various beers, various soups, salsas, pickled peppers/jalapenos, and other savory combinations, but never apple juice.  I'm curious.
