Been wanting some pasta lately.

The Woman is not a big fan of marinara type sauce,so I've been waiting to get on with it.

1 pound ziti cooked al dente

2 pounds of sausage...1 Boykjos secret sausage and 1 of my own mild Italian.

Chunked the sausage and put it in the pan with garlic, onion and some fresh basil out of of herb garden.

Warmed it up added more garlic and red pepper flakes.

While it was cooking up I shredded parmesan, pecorino, mozzarella and provolone...about 3 cups total. ( all smoked)

Layer of sauce and cheese on the bottom of the baking pan. Then mixed the rest of sauce with the ziti then into the baking pan.

Covered it with the rest of the cheese.

WSM is chugging along quite nicely at 235 with pecan and mesquite.

Took it out about 1 hour 15 minutes..

Way good and smokey flavor. It's a keeper!!

I am a happy man!!

Another great smoke neighbor,

That ziti will be hard to duplicate(for the rest of us)

without  Joe's "super secret" Kielbasa, And your"very own" Mild italian!

Guess i'll have to come on down and try some for myself
