I decided to cook a nice supper for the little princess.
I bought a 2 1/2"+
" Market steak" it's a trimmed up ribeye.
To go along with it, I made some asparagus, two bake potatoes, and some sweet corn.
I cooked the steak in the S.V a t138* for six hours. Then seared it off in a cast iron skillet on the gas weber using a little bit of ghee.
Let it rest for 15 minutes while I got the fixin's ready.
This was one of the best steaks I have ever had, literally fork tender, and DELICIOUS!!!
The seasoning was S.P.roasted Garlic.
I scored some points with this meal, plus I did the dishes, which is extremely rare. LOL!!!
Thanks for looking.
Yes, I went back for more meat, damn what a steak!!!
Please excuse my big toe at the bottom of the photo. LOL!!!!
