Time To Get Back

My it seems like so long and i feel like a noob.

No time to mix my own Kielbasa so using AC Legg smoked kielbasa mix for 5 lbs, some cure and 1.5 Tbs smoked paprika.

Got it mixed and will stuff/smoke if i can figure out how to....DOH

I been keeping busy. Got my dry and wet stuff somewhat organized.

I'm missing my neighbors

90% of the time i make my own mix. The other 5% is when i'm lazy .... ha
