Weather good for some smoked cheese, so why not. Got some Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, gouda, Gruyere, and Brie. Into the mes with 2 rows of hickory pellets in the amnps and mailbox. Smoked 3 1/2 hours. Now if I can wait to try it. Probably not. Thanks for looking.

Yup temps are just right here. Time to stock up on some Cabot's Wildly Horseradish and get it in the MES.

Thanks, good luck with the deer.

Looks good. Our Fall is starting to cool down, so I'll be smoking some in the next couple of weeks.
Thank you, that was my first batch, maybe some more next week.

Nicely done Jim, I'm waiting until Cabot goes on sale here. It should be in the next week or two.

Point for sure
Chris
