Looks great. Thanks for the reminder to get some cheese smoked and aged before Christmas.Weather good for some smoked cheese, so why not. Got some Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, gouda, Gruyere, and Brie. Cabot sale hit here today . $2.28 for 8 oz. chunk .Nicely done Jim, I'm waiting until Cabot goes on sale here. It should be in the next week or two.
