Ny strip with t dust.
Pecan in the tube in my kettle.
Cold smoked the steak for 1 hour. It could have used longer.
Then fired up the vortex with leftover lump.
Once settled down I put the steak on
Only a couple mins on each side.
Love winter time for cold smoking. BTW it's 27 here.
