The mods don't hold pictures or posts but the software that runs this forum will hold posts from new members that contain pictures or links until a mod can approve it. If this was the case your whole post would be held not just the picture that the link refers to.

Looks like a full cut round steak. I can see a top round, eye of round and Swiss steak.

there was a mix of cuts there.  done with apple and a small amount of hickory,   at 220 to 225   and gives the meat a much thicker stripe of  medium to rare center.
